Matching the trip to the right category is the part that goes wrong most often. A few common cases:

These eight are the destinations we run programmes for. The United Kingdom is not one of them — and for most business visitors it does not need to be, because a UK ETA is not a visa. It is a travel authorisation the traveller applies for themselves, through the official app or gov.uk, and decisions usually come back quickly.

Do I need a separate application for each country?
For the Schengen Area, no — a single Schengen visa covers all 29 member countries within its validity, so one application is enough however many of them you visit. Outside Schengen, each country issues its own visa, so a trip taking in both Germany and the United States means one Schengen application and one B-1 application. Where a trip spans two destinations we cover, we prepare both together and quote them as one piece of work.
Do you handle UK visas or the UK ETA?
The UK is not one of the eight destinations we run programmes for. A UK ETA is not a visa — it is a travel authorisation that the traveller applies for themselves through the official app or gov.uk, and most decisions come back quickly. Will one visa cover more than one trip?
It depends on whether the visa is issued single-entry or multiple-entry, and that is decided by the issuing authority rather than by us or by you. Many business visitor categories can be issued multiple-entry, but the entry count and validity period granted are determined case by case. If repeat travel is likely, tell us at the quote stage — it can affect how the application is best presented.
Which country should I apply through?
For a Schengen trip, you apply through the consulate of your main destination, meaning the country where you will spend the most time. If you are visiting several equally, you apply through your country of first entry. For the other destinations, the application goes to that country's own consulate or online portal, and which office handles you is usually determined by where you live rather than where you are travelling from.
How do I know which category I need?
Meetings, negotiations, conferences and site visits normally fall under a business visitor category. Hands-on paid work usually does not, and entering on the wrong category is a common cause of refusal or a problem at the border. Tell us the traveler's nationality, the destination, and what they will actually be doing, and we confirm the category before anything is filed.
