Fits Your Existing Process
We work to your intake channel, approval chain, and reporting format rather than asking you to adopt ours. Need a deeper system integration? Tell us your stack and we will scope it.
Volume-Based Pricing
Per-application rates that scale with your annual volume. Larger programs receive better rates, and high-volume enterprises get fully custom proposals.
Compliance Support
EU Posted Workers Directive, A1 certificates, tax residency tracking, and destination-specific compliance managed by our team.
Volume-Based Pricing
The more your team travels, the better the per-application pricing. We structure quotes around annual application volume.
The tiers below are illustrative — they show how discount structures scale with volume. Final pricing is quoted per organization based on destinations, urgency, service level, and specific compliance requirements. Contact us for a tailored proposal.
| Tier | Annual Volume | Illustrative Discount | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | 1-9 apps/year | Base rate | Occasional business travel |
| Business | 10-24 apps/year | up to -10% | Growing companies |
| Corporate | 25-49 apps/year | up to -20% | Mid-market programs |
| EnterprisePopular | 50+ apps/year | up to -30% | Global enterprises |

Enterprise FAQ
Common questions from HR and corporate travel managers
QWhat is included in your corporate visa service?
Our corporate service includes bulk application processing, a dedicated account manager, volume-based pricing, compliance reporting (EU Posted Workers Directive notifications, A1 certificates), priority handling, and reporting in your preferred format and cadence. Pricing is quoted per organization based on your route mix, annual volume, and required service level — request a quote for a tailored proposal.
QHow does corporate volume pricing work?
Volume-based pricing scales with your annual application count. Higher volumes qualify for progressively better per-application rates, and high-volume programs receive fully custom proposals. Send us your expected volume and destinations and we'll provide an indicative quote tailored to your program.
QCan you work with our HR and travel systems?
We do not currently offer a prebuilt API or off-the-shelf connectors to travel management platforms — we would rather say so than imply otherwise. What we do is fit your process: intake through whatever channel your team already uses, status reporting in the format and cadence you specify, and exports your systems can ingest. If a genuine system integration matters to your program, tell us which platforms you run and we will scope it as part of the proposal.
QWhich destinations do you cover for corporate travel?
We run 8 destination programs: the USA (B-1), the Schengen Area, Canada (TRV), Australia (Subclass 600), Brazil (VITEM II), India (Business e-Visa), Mexico, and the UAE. The Schengen program covers all 29 member countries on one visa, so a multi-country European deployment is a single application per traveler rather than one per country.
QWhat HR compliance do you help with?
For EU destinations, we manage Posted Workers Directive notifications (SIPSI in France, ZKO-3 in Austria, WagwEU in the Netherlands, etc.) and A1 social security certificates. For US corporate travel, we advise on Substantial Presence Test tracking. Each destination has specific compliance handled by our team.
QCan this run as part of our internal process?
Partly, and it is worth being precise about which part. We can supply co-branded instructions and document checklists for your employees, work within your travel policy and approval chain, and route communication through your mobility team rather than contacting travelers directly. We do not offer a white-labeled platform or branded portal, because there is no client-facing platform to brand — the service is delivered by specialists, not software.
QWhat reporting do we get for our travel program?
Corporate clients receive monthly reports covering application volumes, processing times, geographic distribution, and compliance status. Exportable data supports HR, finance, and travel program reporting. We flag regulatory changes affecting your travel routes as they happen.
QHow do we get started with corporate services?
Contact us through the form below or by email. We set up an initial consultation to understand your travel patterns and requirements. From there we assign a dedicated account manager, agree a reporting cadence, and establish document templates for your organization so each subsequent application starts from a prepared baseline rather than from scratch.
QCan small businesses and startups use Granted Global?
Yes. Our Starter plan is designed specifically for small businesses and startups. There is no minimum team size or annual volume required — whether you're sending your first employee abroad or processing a handful of visas per year, you get the same specialists and government-source-backed guidance as our larger clients, at a scale that fits your team.
QIs there a minimum number of employees or annual visa volume?
No minimums. You can request a single visa or set up an ongoing program. Pricing scales with your usage — you don't need to commit to a specific volume up front. This makes Granted Global a natural fit for small businesses, startups, consulting firms, and any organization sending employees abroad occasionally rather than continuously.
