Notice: Granted Global is a private visa assistance service, not affiliated with any government or embassy. You can apply directly through the official government portals, where fees may be lower.

How Pricing Works

We quote per route rather than publishing a list, because the same visa costs differently depending on nationality, urgency, and destination. Here's the structure, so you know what you're looking at before you ask.

Every quote has two parts

We always show these separately. Bundling them into one number hides which part you'd pay regardless of who handles the application.

Part one

Government fee

Set by the destination authority and paid to them. Identical whether you apply through us or directly yourself. Schengen is €90 for adults, for example, and that figure is fixed by EU regulation.

Not our revenue. We pass it through at cost.

Part two

Our service fee

What you pay us for the work: category confirmation, document review, application preparation, appointment coordination, interview briefing where relevant, and tracking through to decision.

This is the part that varies, and the part we quote.

What moves the service fee

↑ raises

Destination and visa category

A fully digital India Business e-Visa is straightforward. A US B-1 requiring consulate interview preparation is considerably more work.

↑ raises

Traveler's nationality

Some nationality-and-destination combinations carry additional documentary requirements or need supplementary evidence of ties to the home country.

↑ raises

Urgency

Standard timelines cost less. Compressed timelines require chasing appointment availability and reordering our own queue.

↓ lowers

Volume

Multiple applicants on the same route share a lot of the preparation work, so the per-application rate falls as the count rises.

↓ lowers

Document readiness

Complete, correct paperwork on the first pass is quicker than several rounds of remediation.

↓ lowers

Recurring programs

Ongoing corporate programs on established routes are more efficient than one-off applications, and priced accordingly.

Pricing questions

Why don't you publish a price list?

Because a single number would be misleading. The same visa category costs differently depending on the traveler's nationality, how urgent it is, whether an appointment has to be secured at a busy consulate, and how much document remediation is needed. We'd rather quote your actual route than advertise a figure that changes once we see the details.

Is the government fee included in your quote?

It's shown, but separately. Government fees are set by the destination authority and go to them, not to us. We list them so you can see exactly what you're paying us versus what you'd pay regardless of who handles the application.

Do I have to commit to a minimum number of applications?

No. Small businesses and individuals pay per application with no minimum and no annual contract. Corporate programs can opt into volume tiers where higher annual counts unlock better per-application rates, but that's a choice rather than a requirement.

What happens if the visa is refused?

Government fees are generally non-refundable — that's the authority's policy, not ours. Our own refund position depends on the circumstances and is set out in the quote before you commit, so you know where you stand in advance rather than after.

Is it cheaper to apply myself?

On fees alone, usually yes. Every destination we cover has an official government portal and you're free to use it. People hire us for the review that catches problems before submission, the routing decisions, and not having to become an expert in a process they'll use twice a year.
