How It Works
Six steps from first enquiry to decision. Most of the work happens before anything is filed, because that's where rejections are prevented rather than appealed.
- 1
Tell us the route
The traveler's nationality, where they're going, roughly when, and what they'll be doing there. That last detail matters more than people expect — meetings and conferences usually fall under a business visitor category, but hands-on work frequently does not.
Takes about five minutes via the contact form. No account, no upload required at this stage.
- 2
We confirm the category and send a quote
A specialist checks the correct visa category for that specific nationality-and-destination pair, then sends the document checklist and a quote covering the government fee and our service fee separately.
Within 24 hours on weekdays. No obligation — plenty of people use this step just to understand what they're dealing with.
- 3
You gather documents, we review before filing
You send what's on the checklist. We review everything before submission — this is where most avoidable rejections get caught. Bank statements that don't cover the right period, invitation letters missing required details, passport validity falling short of the rule.
Review turnaround is usually same or next business day.
- 4
We prepare and submit the application
Forms completed and checked, supporting documents assembled in the order the consulate expects, and the appointment booked where one is required. For destinations with digital systems, we file directly.
For consulate routes, appointment availability is the main variable and it's outside anyone's control.
- 5
Interview preparation, where applicable
US B-1 applications require a consulate interview. We brief the traveler on what will be asked, what documentation to carry, and the specific questions that tend to cause problems.
Applies mainly to the USA. Most other destinations don't interview business visitors.
- 6
Tracking through to decision
We monitor status and tell you when something changes. If the consulate requests additional documents, we handle that exchange rather than leaving you to interpret it.
You get the decision as soon as we do.
What we don't do
- We don't decide your application. Approval rests entirely with the destination country's authorities. Anyone guaranteeing a visa outcome is not being straight with you.
- We don't control appointment availability. Consulate calendars are what they are. We book the earliest slot available and tell you honestly if your travel date is at risk.
- We don't set government fees. Those go to the consulate, not to us, and we show them separately from our fee so you can see the split.
- We don't hide that you can do this yourself. Every destination we cover has an official government portal, and applying directly is often cheaper. People hire us for the review, the routing decisions, and not having to become an expert in it.
Realistic timelines
Our part is fast. The consulate's part is not always. Plan against the destination's processing time, not ours.
| Stage | Typical |
|---|---|
| Quote after your enquiry | Within 24 hours, weekdays |
| Document review | Same or next business day |
| Application preparation | 1–2 business days |
| Consulate or authority processing | 3 business days to 8+ weeks, depending entirely on destination |
Per-destination processing times are on each destination page.
