Visa guidance is only worth as much as its sourcing. This page sets out the background behind the work, which authorities we cite, how often pages are reviewed, what we refuse to claim, and where our scope ends.

How we handle information
Immigration rules change without notice and a wrong detail can cost someone a trip or a refusal on record. These are the rules we hold ourselves to.
Primary sources only
Fees, processing times, and document requirements come from the issuing authority — state department, consulate, immigration ministry, or the EU Visa Code itself. We do not cite other visa agencies, aggregators, or travel blogs. Every destination page lists the authorities it draws from.
Unverified details are left out, not guessed
Where a requirement could not be confirmed against a primary source, the page says so or omits it. Several of our country records carry deliberately empty fields for exactly this reason. An incomplete page is recoverable; a confidently wrong regulatory statement is not.
Dated review, not silent edits
Guides carry a published date and a last-reviewed date. When a rule changes — the EES rollout, the UK ETA extension to EU nationals, the ETIAS delay — we update the page and move the review date rather than quietly editing history.
No approval guarantees
We do not publish success rates or approval-rate claims. The decision belongs to the destination authority, and any agency implying otherwise is telling you something it cannot know. What we control is whether the application is complete, correctly categorized, and submitted on time.
Government fees stated separately
Every price discussion separates what the government charges from what we charge. You can always apply directly through the official portal, and we say so on every page.

What we are not
Not a government body. Granted Global is a private service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. You can apply directly through the official portals, and the government fee is the same either way.
Not a law firm. We prepare and submit business-visitor visa applications and advise on documentation and process. We do not provide legal representation, and complex immigration matters — work permits, residence, appeals against refusal — belong with a licensed immigration lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction. We will say so rather than take the work.
Not a guarantee. The decision is the destination authority's alone. Our job is to make sure the application that reaches them is complete, correctly categorized, and on time.
