Terms of Service
Last updated 15 September 2026
Read this first. Granted Global is a private visa assistance service. We are not a government agency, not affiliated with any embassy or consulate, and not a law firm. You can apply for any of these visas directly through the official government portal without using us, and the government fee is the same either way.
1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any assistance we provide. Engaging us for a specific application also creates a separate written engagement — a quote you accept, setting out the destination, the scope, and the fee. Where that engagement and these terms conflict, the engagement wins.
2. What the service is
Depending on the destination and what you engage us for, we:
- confirm which visa category fits the trip, before anything is filed;
- review your documents against the current requirements;
- prepare and complete the application forms;
- review or help obtain the invitation letter from the host organization;
- book the consulate or visa application centre appointment where one is required;
- submit the application and track it through to a decision;
- prepare you for the interview, where the destination holds one.
3. What the service is not
This matters more than the list above, so we are explicit about it.
- We cannot approve a visa or influence a decision. Approval, refusal, validity length, and entry permission are decided solely by the destination country's authorities and its border officers. We do not guarantee an outcome, we do not publish approval rates, and any agency that promises approval is telling you something it cannot know.
- We do not provide legal advice or representation. We handle business-visitor visa applications. Work permits, residence, sponsorship, appeals against refusal, and anything touching immigration status belong with a licensed immigration lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction. Where a matter falls outside our scope we will tell you rather than take the work.
- We cannot shorten government processing times. Where an expedited or priority route officially exists we will use it. Where it does not, the published timeline applies.
- We do not control appointment availability. Consulate and visa application centre slots are allocated by those bodies. Waits of several weeks are normal at some posts.
4. Your responsibilities
An application is only as good as what goes into it. You agree to:
- give us accurate, complete, and truthful information, including any previous visa refusal, overstay, or criminal matter — omitting these is the most common cause of refusal we see;
- provide documents in time for the timeline you asked for;
- hold a passport valid for long enough to satisfy the destination, usually six months beyond the intended stay;
- attend any appointment or interview booked on your behalf, or tell us in time to reschedule;
- use the visa for the purpose it was granted for. A business visitor visa does not authorise employment.
Misrepresentation on a visa application can carry a multi-year entry ban. We will not submit information we know to be false, and we will withdraw from an engagement rather than do so.
5. Fees and payment
There are two separate amounts and we always show them separately:
- Government fees — set by the destination authority, payable to them, and not ours to discount. These change without notice.
- Our service fee — quoted per case based on the destination, the urgency, and the complexity. We do not publish a fixed price list because the work genuinely differs.
You see both figures and accept the quote before we begin. Nothing is charged and nothing is filed before that point. Our service fee covers the work of preparing and submitting the application; because that work is done regardless of the outcome, it is not contingent on approval. Government fees are generally non-refundable once the application is lodged, which is the authority's policy rather than ours.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time before submission by emailing us. If we have not started work, there is nothing to pay. If work has begun, we will invoice the portion completed and tell you exactly what that covers. After an application has been lodged with an authority it cannot be unwound by us, and government fees paid at that point are gone.
7. Accuracy of information on this site
Fees, processing times, and document requirements published here are taken from official government sources and reviewed periodically — the authorities we cite are listed on our sources page. Immigration rules change without notice, so treat this site as orientation rather than a substitute for the current official guidance or for advice on your specific case. We confirm current requirements for your route as part of any engagement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- a visa refusal, or a decision on validity, entries, or duration of stay;
- delays caused by an embassy, consulate, visa application centre, courier, or postal service;
- consequential losses such as non-refundable flights, hotels, event fees, or lost business, however they arise;
- the consequences of inaccurate or incomplete information you gave us.
Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the service fee you paid us for the engagement in question. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.
9. Site use and content
The text, structure, and original research on this site belong to Granted Global. You are welcome to read it, cite it, and link to it. Bulk copying, scraping, or republishing it as your own is not permitted. Government fee tables and regulatory facts are of course public information and we claim no ownership of the underlying facts.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The version in force for an engagement is the one current when you accepted the quote. Questions go to support@grantedglobal.com, or use the contact form.
